Parents, grandparents, staff and friends of Barefield National School turned out in their hundreds to bid a fond farewell and best of luck to Mr John Burns who retires on Friday 28th May 2021. Cars were decorated with messages of good luck and thank you while they drove passed the school. It was a great start to what will be an emotional but happy week reminiscing of the fun times we have had with Mr Burns over the last 41 years in Barefield National School.
