Junior Infants have had a busy month and are all settling in very well.
We were working on some action rhymes and nursery rhymes ” Jack and Jill ” and “Twinkle Twinkle.” We made our own star in Art and sang the song. We practised performing Jack and Jill and some children were even brave enough to say it on their own.
We read a funny book about a boy who didn’t like to brush his teeth and then we made him a sparkler toothbrush. We really enjoyed this story.
We have been learning about our body ports in Science. On Friday we made a character in Art. We had great fun doing this.
We also went on a tour to Mr. Ruane’s office. He told us all about what he does every day and he let us sit on his chair. We really enjoyed this.
