Letter from Clarecare Family Support Services:

Dear all,

Family life has become somewhat more complicated now that we have to respond to Covid-19.  We very much appreciate the new challenges presented to parents and families at this time.  How we work with families has changed temporarily due to the current restrictions in place so unfortunately we are not in a position to deliver the spring/summer group parenting programmes as planned.

In the meantime, Clarecare Family Support Services has launched a dedicated telephone and e-mail support service as outlined in the attached flyer, to provide parents with a listening ear, parenting guidance and practical assistance.  The Parent Support Line is operated by professional, experienced Family Support Staff who ordinarily facilitate the parenting programmes.

We hope to support parents through issues that may be coming up  right now such as how to: talk to children about the changes to their lives due to Covid 19; establish effective routines; manage children’s activity, behaviour and anxiety while maintaining a positive relationship with their children/teens.

We invite you or someone who you might know to call or email us at the number attached on our flyer  to access support with these issues. We also have set up a new facebook page for further information which may be of help.  https://www.facebook.com/ClarecareParentSupportLine/?modal=admin_todo_tour

Kind regards,
