The Cumann na mBunscol Mini Sevens County Football Finals, sponsored by The Clare Champion, took place in Gurteen last Thursday, with great excitement on show. Six teams qualified for the Final, divided into two groups of three. Barefield won their Group defeating CBS Primary and Lahinch N.S. and qualified for the Final. Lissycasey N.S. won their group, defeating St. Aidan’s N.S. and Annagh Coore. In the Final, Barefield N.S. emerged victorious. Congratulations to the boys and to their coaches Mr. McMahon and Mr. Duggan.
