Barefield National School participated in the Concern Worldwide Debating competition last week. The pupils from Ms Clune’s 5th class took on the pupils from Inch National School. The motion was “Primary School children should be banned from owning a mobile phone”. The pupils were proposing the motion and it was a very close affair. In the end, the pupils from Barefield were victorious and progress to the next round in the competition.

Well done to Miss Clune and the pupils involved!
