All staff of Barefield N.S. attended certified training today in essential First Aid, CPR and responding to serious medical emergencies by Brendan McAuliffe, Safety Consultant @ B MacSafety Solutions and his colleague, Marion Morrissey R.G.N.
Topics covered ranged from CPR, Choking, Anaphylaxis, Diabetes, Epilepsy and basic medical First Aid procedures. It was a most educational and informative in-service which will no doubt improve the staff skills for treating medical emergencies and accidents in our school.
