Our school Choir, trained by Kate Corrigan and assisted by Claire Kelly, gave a flawless performance today when they competed in the Limerick Choral Festival Competition in the beautiful and ornate Redemption Church, Limerick. Our choir sang two songs: ‘You are Mine’ and ‘Go the Distance’. Choirs from 13 different primary schools participated in this competition. The standard was exceedingly high and our choir was pipped into second place by Parteen N.S. by 0.5 of one mark. Congratulations to Parteen N.S. It was a memorable and most enjoyable experience for all our pupils.
