Last week was Friendship Week and we were delighted when Ms. Baker and pupils from Fifth Class paid us a visit.
The two classes learned all about Saint Brigid and Ms. Baker’s class showed First Class pupils how to make Saint Brigid’s Crosses with colourful pipe cleaners.
Ms. Baker’s pupils were very patient and kind and First Class pupils listened carefully to their ‘teachers’.
The children discussed ways they could make an extra special effort to be ‘good friends’ for Friendship Week.
It was a really enjoyable afternoon!
