We were delighted that the weather was kind to us today as we got to gather in our class groupings on the astro turf to have a chat, some words of welcome and to acknowledge and congratulate our classes and pupils of the month.
Mr Ruane’s ‘Principal Prizes’ for all pupils of the month were received with great joy and will definitely motivate all children to keep trying their best.
Well done to our Junior Class of the Month – Ms Mc Mahon’s Junior Infants and our Senior Class of the Month – Ms O Connor’s 2nd Class. Huge congratulations to all our ‘Pupils of the Month’. (see below)
The key messages of our assembly were to always try your best, to be nice, to appreciate those who work hard for us and to always be happy for others when they are doing well.
The pupils went away eager to represent their school and families with pride.
