Picasso Portraits
The children in 5th class enjoyed responding to the work of Picasso and learning about Cubism. In their portraits the children showed faces from two angles at once.
Piet Mondrian Artwork
5th class have been taking a look at some of the most famous pieces of artwork by Dutch artist Piet Mondrian. Taking his signature use of line and primary colours the children created some animal themed artwork inspired by Mondrian's style. Have a look at just some of the finished pieces!
Science Week Scribble Bots

Local Trip to Ballyalla and Le Chéile Café
Third class enjoyed a fantastic day kayaking on Ballyalla Lake, facilitated by Clare Water Sports. The children experienced kayaking, paddle boarding and diving from the pontoon.
