Over the past three weeks, Ms. O’Sullivan and our Senior Infants have been exploring and engaging with different Mindfulness activities. Each day, the pupils have taken part in a range of activities such as meditation sessions, breathing exercises and mindfulness art. As part of this Programme, each pupil created his/her own individual flower. These flowers show all of the aspects of their lives for which they are grateful. Ms. O’Sullivan and our Senior Infants created a ‘Garden of Gratitude’ Display which the children have been encouraged to think about whenever they so wish.
