As part of Barefield National School’s physical education program Claire O’Sullivan, proprietor of Clare Gymnastics Centre teaches a gymnastics module to each class for a six-week period under the guidance of the class teacher. These classes take place each Thursday in the school Hall and involve a wide range of gymnastic activities. Senior pupils display their skill at an end of year extravaganza on graduation night.
