Barefield Tidy Towns has launched the Ballyallia Lake Amenity Enhancement Plan. Many of our parents and pupils live in Ballyallia, which is a wonderful sporting and relaxing amenity for our young and old to enjoy. The sights and sounds of nature and wildlife are a source of great joy to all. In conjunction with other local schools, we were delighted to be invited by Clare Co Council to participate in and to attend the official Launch of this Amenity Enhancement Plan. The aim of the Plan is to protect, promote and enhance Ballyallia Lake, which is an invaluable amenity for our local community and also to protect the sensitive wildlife that live and visit the Lake Area. We eagerly look forward to the development of our local area.
