Halloween Art

Just a few photographs to show the children busy with their spider webs in Visual Art before the Halloween. The children were set the task of ensuring no two web windows could be the same colour i.e. none of the 'web boxes' could match in colour to the one next to it.

Autumn Art

In autumn the children enjoyed engaging in Visual Arts.  Drawing trees, using the colours of brown, orange, yellow and green the children had to paint an autumn themed drawing.  Another challenging art lesson was the use of the interactive white board to display an animal or animals associated with autumn i.e. hedgehog & red squirrel. Green Schools Committee 2019

Members of the Green Schools Committee met this week to start planning our work for the coming year. This year we will be applying for our eighth Green Flag- Global Citizenship: Marine Environment. The Committee will be speaking at the November Assembly and we are also organising a talk for the infant classes.

Mr. Burns Rang a Trí Explorers Education Programme

Pupils of Rang a III participated in the Explorers Education Programme and completed projects to raise awareness on the dangers of plastic in the oceans, seas and the rocky shore.
