The SPAR FAI Primary School 5s is the biggest competition in Primary Schools’ soccer. Nationally, this competition involves 28,576 pupils with over 1,495 schools participating. Ms. Róisín Garvey visited the school recently to meet with our committee and complete an inspection on behalf of Green-Schools Ireland. Fifth Class pupils had a wonderful afternoon recently in our school garden! Mr. Murray bought mint, rosemary, rhubarb, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, and bedding plants for the pupils to plant. Our fantastic student teachers, Maria and Cian, gave great advice, guidance and support to the pupils and ensured that it was an informative and fun experience.
