Last Thursday the children in Junior Infants were on ‘Sneachta Watch’. We have been learning lots about the weather in Irish and this week the children were practicing ‘Tá sé ag cur sneachta’, ‘Sin fear sneachta’ and ‘calóga sneachta’. So there was great excitement on Thursday when the children went outside agus bhí calóga sneachta ag titim’. The children sent in some photos to Seesaw of themselves having great fun in the snow, building snowmen, making snow angels and having snowball fights. It was lovely to see them having such great fun. They all have been working so well on their school work at home so it was fantastic to see them taking a break and enjoying some well deserved fun!!
