4th class pupils have been enjoying some extra Maths challenges this week during Maths Week 2018. Children from 5th class took part in Bizworld on Thursday and Friday. This is a programme aimed at promoting entrepreneurship skills in children. Aoife McDonagh from Bank of Ireland facilitated the workshops. The children came up with many creative business ideas. Ms. Moore announced at February Assembly that Engineering Week in our school will be from Monday March 5th to Friday March 8th. Teachers and pupils will undertake lots of interesting challenges from dissecting computers to robotics to learning about the composition of roads.
