Ireland Reads – Thursday 25th February

Ireland Reads Day on Thursday, the 25th of February is almost here! Fourth Class Christmas Art

Elfie

We had a special visitor in our classroom when we came to school today. An elf was sitting up on top of the whiteboard. The pupils have named him 'Elfie'. Elfie is a kind and well behaved elf. It will be great fun to have him in our room until the Christmas holidays.

Virtual Author Visit Rang 5 & 6

Ms Baker and Ms. Clune's 5th classes and Ms. Corrigan and Mr Chambers' 6th classes held a virtual author visit through Zoom yesterday. Poetry in the Making

This week pupils in Fifth and Sixth classes have been working hard on their entries for the Cleaner Air Poetry Competition. This year's theme is 'My Journey to School'. We are looking forward to hearing all of their fabulous poems!
