Tigh na Coille groups and bands had a great summer 2019. We had great help with arrangements and tutoring from Elvie Miller, Heidi & Brenn Liddy along with Derek Hickey and Eimear Coughlan. At June Assembly, the Frank Burns Memorial trophy was presented to Seán Frawley, captain of the winning hurling team by school Principal John Burns. The staff and pupils participated in World Oceans Day 2019 which was celebrated in many schools throughout the world in early June. We marked the occasion on Wednesday, the 12th of June.
